Brian has been involved with the game of football as both a player and coach for more than a decade. Brian returns for his fourth season with the JV Cats, and will be coaching receivers.
Brian played his high school football for the Alexander Mackenzie Mustangs in York Region, where he was a team captain and special teams MVP in his senior year.
After high school, Brian attended York University, where he played slot back and tight end for the Yeomen/Lions for four years. Brian graduated with a BA in English. While at York, Brian played with current CFL standouts Andre Durie of the Argos, and the 2009 CFL moust outstanding Canadian Ricky Foley of BC.
During the fall, Brian also volunteers his time coaching the Red Knights of Northern Secondary School. Brian is looking forward to the opportunity of working with the receivers this summer. It is his goal to prepare as many athletes as possible for not only the varsity program, but the CIS as well. |
