**A player living in our territory has to play either with the Wildcats or the Thunder and that once a player signs on with the Wildcats he is not entitled to play anywhere else unless he moves.

Fees:
1. $450 (VR & JV) $400 (Peewee) Cash, Cheque*, Money Order ***If a player attended winter camp the $50 winter camp fee will be put toward this fee
2. $30 OVFL Admin/Insurance Fee

First Indoor Practice:
In addition to the regular $30 OVFL Admin/Insurance fee there will be a $50 non-refundable winter camp fee in 2008 due to increased cost of UCC Bubble which if a player registers with the teams is put towards his fee:

Practice Times: TBA on website, generally 6:30-8:30 2 – 3 times per week

Age Limit Varsity: 19 and under as of midnight May 31, 2008

Age Limit Junior: 16 and under as of midnight May 31, 2008

13.

Age Limit Pee Wee : 14 and under as of midnight May 31, 2008

Proof of Age: Health Card with Photo or/old Health card and Drivers license. Must have a picture.

Home Game Days: Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays (check schedules)

Refund policy: Refunds will be issued based on the following:
If off the team for any reason before May 16 2008: $350 (VR & JV) or $300 (PW)refund + $100 deposit
If off the team for any reason after June 6, 2008: no refund
Between May 20 and June 10: No refund unless off the team for football-related injury reasons. If injury is determined then a $300 + $100 refund will be issued.
*Notification of withdrawal must be given to the team by phone, email or in person prior to the deadlines.

Equipment Issue: TBA 2008 Lawrence Park CI. Equipment room
Equipment can be issued only after confirmation (Cheques cleared) of full payment and deposit. Players are urged to bring equipment from their own school if possible. Deposit required regardless for helmet and uniform.
